In order to alleviate the issues of severe salinization, solidification, unsuitable crop growth, waste of resources and deterioration of soil environment caused by excessive use of phosphate fertilizer in soda saline alkali soil of Northeast China,a high-efficiency phosphate solubilizing fungus penicillium P1 was selected from the early stage of laboratory to explore the effect of salt, alkali and salt-alkali mixed stress on Phosphate-solubilizing ability of P1.The effect of P1 on the growth of Leymus chinensis under different environmental stresses was investigated, then P1 was used as a fungal agent for pot experiment in this study. The main research contents were as follows:Through measuring the dephosphorization ability of the P1 strain under different degrees of saline-alkali stress, the results showed that:(1)the tolerance of strain P1 to neutral sodium chloride was up to 15%;(2)After 7 days of culture, the p H value of the medium decreased from 7.3 to 3.8,which indicated that P1 strain had strongly acid production ability. It was preliminarily determined that the phosphorylation mechanism of the strain was acidolysis phosphorus.(3)When the salt concentration of the fermentation broth at the point between 0.03% and 7%,the dephosphorization capacity of P1 decreased with the increase of the salt concentration oin the fermentation broth, but the decrease is not significant. And the effective phosphorus concentration could be maintained at 958.24 to 674.42 mg/L.(4)P1 could survive at p H 12 to dissolve phosphorus and reduce p H.The maximum amount of phosphorus dephosphorization at p H 10 could reach to 641.97 mg/L after 15 days culture.(5)P1 could survive at p H 10.29 and EC 9.57 ms/cm.After 9 days of cultivation under this condition,P1 Phosphate-solubilizing quantity reached to 166.7mg/L.(6)P1 strain could promote the root growth of Leymus chinensis in the environment of high salt, alkali and saline-alkali mixed stress, which has the prospect of agricultural application. In this experiment, the alkali-spotted soil of soda-saline-alkali land in western Jilin province was used as the test soil samples, and the physical and chemical properties of organic matter,p H,electrical conductivity and phosphorus in the soil were measured via the experimental method of soil science determination index. And through the combination of phosphate bacteria and straw fertilizer,it can provide technical support for the restoration of soda alkali soil.A pot experiment was carried out on the mixture of P1 strain and straw fertilizer. The results were as follows:(1)The bacterial fertilizer made from P1 and the straw fertilizer can effectively reduce the application of 25% chemical fertilizer.(2)When strain P1 was applied alone, the emergence rate significantly increased from 0% to 13%,the amount of phosphorus-dissolving increased by 17.11%,and the p H decreased by 0.13%.(3)Compared with the single application of the mixture of P1 and straw fertilizer, the emergence rate of bacterial fertilizer mixed with straw fertilizer increased significantly from 13% to 46.67%,the phosphorus content increased by 49.53% and the p H decreased by 0.31.The addition of straw fertilizer could improve P1 survive, effectively enhance the fertility of soda saline-alkali soil, and reduce the stress of soda saline-alkali ground on plant growth.(4)The combined application of strain P1 and straw fertilizer could improve nutrient elements of soda saline land, and meliorate the soil conditions, thus remarkably increasing the seedling emergence rate of Leymus chinensis in soda saline alkali soil.
