| With more than half a century's development, Network planning has been widely used in the progress control of project. The traditional Network planning technique does not take the uncertain factor into account, making the practical progress of the project is somewhat different from the Network planning. And the difference makes it difficult to control the progress. According to the problems above, this paper analyzes the uncertain factor of the project, fully studies the practical problems of the fuzzy Network planning's using in construction.Based on the preceding researches, this dissertation cites the fuzzy number to describe the duration time of activities and put forward the calculation module of the fuzzy network time parameters. Moreover, we define the way of finding the maximum and minimum of the fuzzy number, making it is smooth and reasonable to calculate the network. Concerning the time parameters of activity, we not only take the relationship of the logical organization into account, but also the overlapped and specific time limited relationships among activities, and we present the specific way of calculation. When calculating the example, we use three different method to solve the same problem, such as the CPM, fuzzy network, network based on connection number .Finally, we analyze the results and compare the difference of the different ways. In the process of optimization of network, we first change the fuzzy network into average network, then optimize the average network and change it back to the fuzzy network.Finally, this paper puts forward the problems to solve after reading lots of relative theses concerning the fuzzy network, and it maybe useful to the relative researches. |
