studied the circulatory system type and Histochemistry characteristic of Notospermus geniculatus . Using the SDS- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method ,we have initially determined the monomer molecular weight of Notospermus geniculatus hemoglobin. The circulatory system of Notospermus geniculatus consists of three basic longitudinal vessels: a pair of lateral longitudinal vessels running beneath the gut; and a middorsal longitudinal vessel. The three blood vessels are joined anteriorly and posteriorly by a cephalic and an anal lacuna respectively. There are transverse pseudometameric junctions between the lateral blood vessels and the middorsal vessel.Blood corpuscles of Notospermus geniculatus can be classified into red blood cells and white blood cells. The red blood cell is the main cell type, comprising more than 90% of the blood corpuscles. There are normally one to three granules in the cytoplasm of red blood cells. According to the MGG dyeing features, the white blood cells may be divided into six types: eosinophilic granulocytes, neutrophilic cells, basophilic granulocytes, lymphocytes, macrophages and spindle bodies.According to the transmission electron microscope observed result, its blood corpuscles are divided into 2 kinds: hyalinocyte and granulocyte. Hyalinocytes which are observed in the electron microscope correspond to the red blood cells. The red blood cells which in metabolism activity flush period, among them includes abundant mitochondrion, golgiosome, endoplasmic reticulum and ration cell organs and so on ribosome, the red blood cells, which in the decline phase, wired quite little cell organs; The granular cell interior has many different electron density granules, wired mitochondrion, golgiosome, endoplasmic reticulum and ration cell organs and so on ribosome.Using the benzidine law, we had proven that there is hemoglobin in Notospermus geniculatus red blood cell. We withdraw the hemoglobin with repeatedly the freezing and thawing law from the nemertean red blood corpuscles. Through the SDS- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, we had determined initially Notospermus geniculatus hemoglobin monomer molecular weight is approximately 16.8kD.
