Study On Wetland Bird Diversity And Migration Law In Dalai Lake Natural Reserve

Dalai Lake Natural Reserve belongs to palaearctic realm, region of Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia, eastern plain subregion. It is situated temperate zone, semiarid plain belt. There are 295 species of birds in this natural reserve (including document record), which belong to18 orders, 51families. 11species of them have been listed as the national first grade wildlife of China for protection. 42 species of them have been listed as the national secondary grade wildlife of China for protection. Water birds are the most part (42.4%) for large acreage wetland in this natural reserve. 157 species (53.2%) are summer migrant.70 species (23.8%) are winter migrant. 24 species ( 4%) are passing birds. Among of the 67 bird species in this investigation, there are two types-43 species (64%) palaearctic species and 24 species (36%) cosmopolite species. There not being oriental species, it shows this area's physical geography character-situating in high latitude, the hinterland of Mongolian plateau. Palaearctic species are important component of legion migrating birds.Belt transect method and fixed point method are adopted in this investigation. Diversity index of order is 3.047. Diversity index of family is 3.169. Diversity index of genera is 5.827. The wild investigation referring to two hard core region which are Wulanpao and Hulungou. The species diversity index (shannon-wiener) of Wulanpao is 4.192. The evenness index is 0.793. The dorminance index is 0.081. There are 57 bird species in Wulanpao and 37 bird species in Hulungou. 27 bird species are mutual in the two regions. Their comparability index is 0.574. The investigation shows that Wulanpao's indexs except evenness index are higher than Hulungou's for Wulanpao's diversiform habitats. The essay states which are dominant species and which are commom species. It analyses the bird's migration law, bird diversity and distributional complication. In order to protect effectively Dalai Lake wetland's important ecosystem and rare biotic resources, we must adopt a series of effective ecological protective measure.
