Study On The Application Of Administrative Boundary Information Net Release System Based On MapXtreme

In recent years GIS(Geographical Information system) is developing rapidly on theory and applications. Along with the technical progress of the network information and the GIS technique becoming more and more mature, the WebGIS which is combined by them is applied in numerous vocations. Administrative boundaries are directly related to spatial position,and GIS has more advantages on the kinds of information processing and visualization. Through the use of GIS in boundaries management, it is helpful of improving efficiency of administrative boundaries management. On the base of the administrative boundary information management system (single machine version) which has already built up, developing the administrative boundary information net release system, it will bring important realistic meaning to the administrative boundary management and the E-governmental developing.The article analyses the system turned form the single machine version to the network structure and the corresponding key technique, and studies the correlative technique in the realizing of the system.combining the net release system, the article bring forward the development blue print of the administrative boundary information net release system which is based on the MapXtreme for Java of MapInfo company.On the above-mentioned research, it introduces the analysis of the system and design,realizes the system integrating the map releasing, graphic-attributes management, information searching, the analysis of the disputed boundaries.It bases the model of Vector data, combines Spatial Ware and the spatial database of SQLServer 2000, and realizes the storage and management of the spatial data in GIS . The article also discusses the key technique in the process of carrying on the study to the system analysis, for example under the environment of Java, the seals of accessing to the database; Based on the Servlet, the alternation between the server and the end of client; Chinese manifestation problem of Java under various environment; The second development based on the MapXtreme for Java etc.
