Water resources is serious shortage especially in north mining area in our country, many mining area need find new water source,coal mine drainage is the maximum waste water for discharge in coal mine.It is about 2.2×109 cubic metre coal mine drainage must be emited,but the utilization rate not reach 20 per.Therefore,put to use coal mine drainage reasonable and make it changed useful resource is one of the effective method of solving water resources tensional in mining area.At present the rate is low about treatment and utilize mining drainage in mining area,some mining area the rate is high but can not reach house-hold and drinking water sanitation standard,even though reach drinking water sanitation standard,but the capital is very high treatment it.Basing on these reality situation and the water resources state in Kailuan mining area,take the coal mine drainage for research object, base on the principle about excellent quality water and excellent usefulness,in this thesis bring up optimum plan and optimum treatment method and optimum technological process.In this thesis,we check up the coal mine drainage in seven producing coal area in Kailuan mining area by type ULTIMA 2 ICP-OES photo-electricity direct-reading spectrometer,make the forty items water quality test project confer with the house-hold and drinking water sanitation standard (GB5749-85) of the Peopleˊs Republic of China,it indicate the turbidity,total hardness,total bacterial count,coliform group number are over proof in Kailuan mining area,sense character,general chemical index and toxicological property index conform to national standard.It may achieve the household and drinking water sanitation standard by treatment.We take the coal mine drainage of Majiagou in Kailuan mine area as resaerch object,and by coagulation experiment in the laboratory ascertain that optimum medicament operate in coordination and optimum medication quantity and optimum pH value of optimum dose on coagulant fit dosing.The testing result suggestion,the obvious effictiveness when we adoption coagulant PAC and flocculant NCF fit dosing in processing procedure,the optimum dose fractionation is 100mg/L,200mg/L and optimum pH value is 7 when poly aluminium chloride and flocculant NCF fit dosing.Basing on the experiment,make analysis about coagulate mechanism and influencing factor of coagulation experiment and bring forward simple method about water supply by quality. Coal mine drainage resources can reduce the waste water outflow discharge and do not hand in the flow fee and break new water source,it reduce or escape long distance water conveyance problem and so on.It realize the principle about excellent quality water and excellent usefulness and realize the economic effect and the environment effect and the social benefit unified.
