Various human activities and specific physical condition shape landscape pattern. Since land use is the result of human decisions, the patterns of land use reflect the decision-making processes. Landscape change refers to the dynamic nature of landscape structure and function over time, where changes are often the result of natural or human disturbances. And changes of landscape metrics which quantity and categorize complex landscapes into identifiable patterns that are not directly observable.Anthropogenic activities, such as agriculture and urbanization, have radically transformed natural landscapes everywhere around the world. It has been recognized that Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Project is a drastic and intensive disturbance, also a process that can occur at different levels and forms depending on socio-economic, policy and environmental factors. In a short time, landscape structure has regulated and optimized arable land use structure. As a result, socio-economic and environmental benefits increase in the LCRP area. The paper studied Land Leveling Project, Water Facility Project and Road Project affected on landscape pattern, which makes an example as Bashan Town in Zhong County in Chongqing which is a national LCRP and the conclusion are shown as below.1. The main landscape type in study area is farm land, land use types distribute, the fragment of landscape element is obvious. The intensification of farming has resulted in an increase in the average size of individual areas used for agriculture, increasingly attributed to land redistribution. Arable land is the upper most land use and landscape type, also the matrix which supply production and service to the whole ecosystem, hold 82.43% in research area. The fragment of farm land and paddy field landscape element stay the highest level. Housing usually site in a single yard, always disperse. The number of which are numerous, area of patches is small, but the shape is regular. Patches of forest also separately distribute, shape and area of them are irregular, the fragment of them always high. The patches' shape of arable landscape element are irregular, which means that the fringe of each patch are large, area of valid arable is small, all of that supply the actual base for Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Project.2. The patches' shape is simple, regular, and feasible for planting cropping when the Land Leveling Project complete. Although patches of those sited on the scope of 0~15°are small and patches' shape are diversity, patches located in the scope of 6~15°slope class are bigger and regular, farm land which are in the scope of 15~25°slope class are intensive disturbed by human activities;. Land Leveling Project not only levels off the field, but do the holistic planning which increases the length of each field ridge, and effectively augment each field by incorporated patches, following the rule: the softer gradient, the less patches incorporated.The shape of patches in paddy field landscape element is simply, but the value of PSSD and PSCV is still big, which means that paddy field patches influenced by terrain. When the Land Leveling Project completed, the patches' shape is simple and regular, evidence of human activities is obvious. Land Leveling Project change farmland landscape pattern, make for agricultural production, augment the area of patches, reduce complex and curving of patches boundary, make patches shape regular, convenient for planting in a large scale, decrease labor cost and be propitious to increase economical benefit.3. The Irrigation and Water Conservancy Project change dome water system. The new canals significantly effect on arable landscape in the scope of 0~4m, and the more distance from canal's centre, the less force on farm land landscape pattern. And corridor character is obvious. Make canals' buffer, the order can be seen that the value of DLFD and AWMPFD of patches in the buffer fall with buffer's distance increased, which means that force of disturbance decreased with distance increased. And the value of PD and C also present the same trend. Constructing channel is an intentional jamming, which make water resource redistribute and more balance, accommodate surface water, alter status of water system. The value of new river basin's dimension is 1.3661, mean density of new channel is 31.71 m/hm~2. The channel system is consummate, and the capacity of irrigation and drainage are better in research area, all of those make sure that a high quality farmland will be build.4. Road corridor character is distinct, road net is formed. Building road both field and production road effect on farm landscape pattern following the rule: the more distance along the road, the less force on the landscape pattern. According to congregation and radiation of arterial traffic, land use change along field road become line situation, and put up attenuation with distance accretion. And the values of LC of the patches in roads' buffer represent the same trend. The road width decides the extent of farm land cracked. But significantly influence district doesn't those ---the nearest close to the road, it's a wide range that 0-25m for field road and 0~5m for production road. The length of road is 65.18% in the whole, mean road consistency is 60.26 m/hm~2, net connectivity of road rise from 23.81% to 30.92%, connectivity arises from 49.37% to 54.04%, and it's a developed road net. All of these make sure that a high quality farmland will be build.
