The Study On The Protection Of Land Resources And Concerned Regulations Of Land Laws

Land resources is one of the most important property of human beings. The requirement of land is becoming to the focus of all over the world in according with the growth of world population and the development of commerce. And laws on land resources protection and adjusting becomes to the most attractive issue of jurists and legislatives all over the world. In the previously studies, we mostly treat land resources as one kind of property and studied the land laws as civil laws. This paper is trying to study land resources as a most important and special resource which directly influences national security, and make suggestion from the angle of protecting land resources compositively and legally.
