| In the process of machine moving, there must be energy transmission between two interactional bodies. For some heavy-duty equipments, both of its dead weight and load variation are very large, not only the study of system's motion state is important, but also the study of energy transmission and loss is very necessary. The study of driven power prediction and energy transmission and loss between bodies has important theory value and practical significance.This paper is a study on energy transmission in the multibody system driving with electric motor. The connection between bodies is ideal joint constraint and the system uses DC servo motor as power source.The analysis and simulation based on the theory of dynamics of multibody systems and energy conservation of energy transmission in the multibody system is done.The main work is follows:(1) Convert the into constraint force element and use it as external loads. Calculate the motor torque equivalent force element according to the mechanical characteristics of motors.(2) After calculating constraint reaction and moment at cut-joint point, the energy flow balance equation is extended to derivation tree system.(3) By comparing the results of two examples with ADAMS software, this analysis method of energy transmission is proved to be right and accurate.This analysis method of energy transmission in multibody systems has characteristics of solid theoretical basis, convenient usage and wide application and deserves high practical engineering significance. |
