| The transmission system of the helicopter electric winch is an important part of the rescue work of the helicopter.Its main function is to lower and lift personnel and materials at a certain speed when the helicopter is hovering.Because the transmission system of the helicopter electric winch has a complex structure,more parts and a variety of failure modes,at the same time,the operating environment of the helicopter electric winch is carried out in the air,and also faces a complex and changeable working environment,so the maintenance is more difficult when the fault occurs,and as one of the core and key parts of the electric winch,Its reliability also determines the working efficiency and performance of the electric winch.Hence,it is of great practical significance and engineering application value to analyze the reliability of the transmission system of helicopter electric winch.In this paper,the helicopter electric winch produced by an aviation company is taken as the research object,and the main research work on its winch is as follows:(1)The fault mode of electric winch transmission system is analyzed.This paper analyzes the composition,structure and working principle of helicopter electric winch,and applies the method of fault mode influence and harmfulness analysis(FMECA)to analyze its fault mode,determine the main failure mode of electric winch transmission system.(2)The dynamic reliability model of helicopter electric winch transmission system is established.On the basis of the stress-strength interference model,combining the characteristics of the order statistics,using the reliability coefficient method,and according to the failure mode influence analysis results,the dynamic reliability of the transmission system components of the helicopter electric winch is solved.According to the Copula model,the dynamic reliability of the transmission gear of helicopter electric winch under various failure models is obtained.At the same time,the reliability of helicopter and electric winch components which are related to all fault types,independent of fault state and weakest link is studied.(3)The reliability of the transmission system of the helicopter electric winch is analyzed.This paper divides the transmission system of helicopter electric winch,analyzes the reliability of its winch subsystem,and obtains the reliability of the whole transmission system of electric winch.A comparison is made between the helicopter electric winch transmission system considering failure and the independent helicopter electric winch transmission system considering failure,it is necessary to consider the correlation of winch failure modes and the correlation of electric winch components in the reliability design of its electric winch system. |
