Salt lake is not only very important natural resources. More important is that multi-salts of mineral resources that salt lake have. The mineral resources development have deep impact on sustainable development about lithium,Magnesium,Boron salt and Sylvite, as well on the sustainable development about economy in west of china. so, rational development and utilization of resources and monitoring of Salt Lake is of great significance.This paper based on the principle of spectral responses on remote sensing, study about the depth and salt contents of salt lake which with high concentration of salt. By the usage of multi-phases TM data,CBERS-2 RS data and Measured data, as Zhabuye salt lake in Xizang to study area, the main research methods are correlation analysis on spectral data, regression analysis and fitting inversion .Etc. This paper achieved the following results:This paper had achieved distributions of the depth and salt content in Zhabuye salt-lake at different phases.The suitable spectral ranges for studying depth of salt lake with high concentration of salt are 0.63μm~0.69μm ,under different phase TM data and CBERS-2 data.This paper generated contour maps reflecting depth and salt content of salt lake at different time with method of dual inline encryption.Find out the best ranges of TM date and CBERS-2 data, on the bases of correlation achieved by SPSS software between the measured depth and different band gray values. The ranges are fitful for the depth research of salt lake, so established depth of RS model by the methods of fitting and residual analysis.For the two-phase TM data, selected the method of principal component analysis, extract salt information on the base of 3-D salt index. Among those components, the first component is the one reflect salt content.As for CBERS-2 data, this paper adopted the principal component analysis on the four bands directly. Study each of the components by the method of correlation analysis, so the third component is the one reflect salt content. Bases on band grey values achieved from the salt component, progress on correlation analysis between band values and measured salt data. At last, established salt content model for salt lake which with high concentration of salt and complex components. The model proved to be quadratic polynomial fitting.,besides, divided the north lake into two different study areas for the sake of special conditions of the north lake.This paper adopted the method of band math and colors slice to inverse the depth model and the salt model, compare between inversion results and measured data on the aspects of depth contour map and salt contour map, which proved inversion effect meet the distribution of measured date.
