In recent years, remote sensing technology in mine exploration has become more and more important. It becomes common to use the remote sensing technology to capture the reflectance spectroscopy of the wall-rock alteration information and distinguish it with other rocks to get the anomaly information as an important basis for prospecting. These make remote sensing anomaly information extraction an important position in the prospecting process.On remote sensing anomaly information extraction technology our predecessors have accumulated some experience, including the band ratio method, principal component analysis and spectral angle method.This article attempted to join the factors of topography, physiognomy, lithology in the extraction method to improve it. And using multi-spectral remote sensing data (Landsat7 ETM+) of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Yining County, Qiongbulake in 1:50000 scale region to extract the remote sensing anomaly information. The main results obtained are as follows:(1) The spectral signatures of alteration minerals have been summarized and analyzed the spectral curve and spectral characteristics in multi-spectral ETM+ remote sensing data of the main alteration minerals have been analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for the remote sensing anomaly information extraction method of prospecting.(2) Analyze the principle of existing anomaly information extraction methods (the ratio method, principal component analysis, spectral angle method). And try to use topographic information to give the extracted anomaly information an irradiance calibration. Also consider use physiognomy and lithology such geographical information to extracts in areas and correction with the terrain. Then result in the spatial distribution of alteration minerals information.(3) Classify the extracted anomaly information on the alteration mineral, and do spatial information overlay analysis, compare with the collection of geological maps, and the extracted anomaly information without correction, result that the topographic correction and subarea extraction can improved the accuracy of a certain in extracting anomaly information.
