Taxonomic Studies On The Soil Uropodid Mites From Some Areas In Liaoning Province And Changbai Mountain, Jilin Province

This paper is a taxonomic study of soil uropodid mites collected from some area in Dongling, Shenyang City, Longshou Mountain, Tieling City, Tanghe Reservoir, Liaoyang City, Qianshan Mountain, Anshan City, Laotudingzi Natural Preserve, Benxi City, Kuandian, Dandong City, Liaoning Province and Changbai Mountain, Jilin Province. The history of uropodids classification and their biology and ecology are reviewed in detail. The external morphology of this group of mites is introduced briefly. Thirty species belonging to ten genera, six families are recorded, of which five species are new to species, one genus is new to the Chinese fauna and eighteen species are new to the Chinese fauna.
