The study between small molecule complex and big biologic molecule has already being important in the field of the biochemistry.As we all know,nucleic acid is important germ plasm of the organism,it plays an important part in the growing, reproduce and developing.Many small molecules can take interaction with nucleic acid,making the nucleic acid chain parted so as to influence its function.To study the relation between the structure of small molecule and the binding mode with DNA and the biologic action,making us could understand the action mechanism.The thesis is made up of three parts as follows:1.The analysis and compare of the interaction between the four kinds of metal complexes of retinoic acid and DNAThe studies of the interaction between Y(111),Sm(111),Cu(11),Ni(11)complexes of retinoic acid and DNA has been compeleted by absorption and emission spectra, electrochemical studies,agarose gel electrophoresis and so on.The same and different results can be found in every way of carried to different metal complex.It told us that these complexes are of different biologic action and the ways for the complexes to bind DNA are also different.To study the kinds of differences could help us understanding the mechanism for rejecting action to tumour and making choose.2.The structure rebuilding of retinoic acidRetinoic acid is also called vitamin A acid and necessary for the normal development and pysical function of people.Although retinoids have catched the eyes of people for its rejecting action to tumour,they have side-effect restricting the application in drug.So we want to rebuild the structure of retinoic acid hoping reduce its side effect and being of water-solubility.Because the metal complexes of retinoic acid are also not water-solubility also limiting the application,so to get soluble retinoic acid ramification and the metal complex have important meaning.3.The synthesis of copper complex of virazole and the study of the interaction between calf thymus DNA and copper complex of virazoleVirazole is also called ribavirin,its acting mechanism is restraining the synthesize of virus nucleic acid and disturbbing the synthesize of DNA and RNA in order to prevent the reproduce of virus.Because some compounds being rejecting action to tumour when they act with metal ions,the ability of this kind of rejecting could be enhanced.So we want to get the metal complex of virazole to study the mechanism for virus and see this kind of change.
