The current micro-injection system used in the cell injections, manual operation or using manipulator methods to move cells for search,positioning,holding and injection. During the micro manipulation, there need to be high precision with the control of manipulator, which takes a long time, result in a low efficiency. It becomes very important subject to develop a simple, time saving and high efficiency mode in batch cells auto-injection.Firstly, this thesis build a cell mechanical model. We finally choose the continuum model by compare it to the microstructure model. And we conduct statics analysis of the cell model under a clamp, then we acquire the stress distribution map and the force-displacement curve, and the fitting function is derived. Secondly, by comparing the two fixed type of cell, the absorption type is used in designing the film, which could immobilize batch cells a time. Combining with the conditions we have, finally we determine the structure of batch cells film, and select the accessories of the negative-pressure system. Then we conduct statics analysis of cells under negative pressure. Thirdly, we rebuild the transmission of microscope stage, considering the space limitation and motion demanded, we used a step motor match up with a electromagnet to drive X wheel and Y wheel of the stage in time-sharing, and not to change the optical system of microscope that already exsit. Finally we build the model of microscope stage in UG, and build the control system in Simulink, and proof the validity of the scheme of auto-injection of batch cells through co-simulation of UG and Simulink.
