The figure and skull of Eospalax was measured,including 5 breeds.studied on the diversity from their characters, The vertical non-denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) was used to analysis the genetic polymorphism of Eospalax. The diversity,genentic distance were calculated between the population and the degree of genetic variability, and the correlation in 5 population was discussed by the constructed phylogenetic tree.the main contents were as follows:1. According to analyzing the correlation of the characters, the results showed that:the orbital width hasn't significant correlation to other characters except the tail length.2. According to main component analysis on 12 morphology measurement original data of Eospalax, to filter avaiability index of main factors and merger, make it became the most main character factor: The first main factor represents the main sharp of figure and skull ; The second principal factor represents the variable between orbital width and tail length.3. The figure diversity can be get from the identical population which come from different local, But there weren't significant diversity in mostly characters, the identical population.4. Using Biochemical Genetics Marking to checking 3 blood protein loci in 5 population(Myospalax.Fonfanieri,M.cansus,M.baileyi,M.rothchildi,M.smithi).They were haemoglobin(Hb),transferring(Tf) and arylesteras(Es).The rsasult shows that: Hb, Tf and Es were polymorphisms in all Myospalax populations.5. The Nei's expected genetic heterozygosity in M.cansus,M.rothchildi and M.smithi was more serious (0.5813,0.5651,0.5508); The Nei's expected genetic heterozygosity in Myospalax.Fonfanieri and M.baileyi was more little(0.4775,0.4553). Generally spesking, Every population has a higher genetic variation in Esopalax.6. Using the gene frequencies of 3 loci,the genetic distance between five population were calculated by the formulate of Nei.UPGMA and analysis were also made. The outcome showed that:there are nearest genetic distance between M.rothchildi and M.smithi,the nearer genetic distance(0.112) between M.cansus and M.baileyi, the further genetic distance from M.baileyi to Myospalax.Fonfanieri. 7. Compared the clustering results between figure and skull to the blood protein polymorphism, First M.rothchildi and M.smithi cluster a population. Second them and Myospalax.Fonfanieri cluster a population.
