Charge exchange between ions and atoms or molecules had strongly influence an the ionization equilibrium of many laboratory plasmas and determined for the ion storage time ion storage rings. Charge transfer reaction were found to be crucial for understanding energy transport and loss in the edge regions of magnetic fusion plasmas as well as astrophysical. We studied experimentally the low-energy charge-transfer of MCI by taking advantage of ion trap.We created and confined Ni2+ ions with 5.4 eV energy in the ion trap by laser ablation combined with the technique of crossed ion beams cooling. And then, we have made the measurement on the charge-transfer rate coefficients of collisions of Ni2+ with neutral molecule N2 and H2, corresponding rate coefficients were deducedto be 3.16(0.18)×10-10cm3·S-1, 2.73(0.35)×10-10cm3.S-1. These measurements will provide important date for the physical research area of fusion plasmas. We proposed a scheme to generate a multi-component squeezed coherent states with arbitrary coefficients on a line in phase space for multiple trapped ions, which is suitable to study the decoherence processes of a superposition of multiple coherent states.
