Research On Supply Chain Strategic Cooperation Partner Selection

With the coming of economic globalization and the era of knowledge economy,enterprise operation without national boundaries is becoming more and more apparent.The whole market competition also presents obvious internationalization and integration.It's among the supply trains where the competition lies,not just among the enterprise.In order to keep in the invincible position in the competition,the enterprise must select and evaluate the strategic parmers scientifically,consequently keeping the supply chain stable and efficient,also holding the advantage of the enterprise in the fierce competition.The evaluation and selection for suppliers are multiple target systems of estimation,taxis and decision-making.This paper firstly reviews the development of the supply chain and supply chain management theories,and analyses the significance of the supply chain's strategic partner selection and the research on the subject from home and abroad.Secondly,combined with some basic theories of supply chains strategic cooperation partner,the paper analyzes the evolvement and characteristic of the supply chain strategic partners,and try to establish a criteria system to evaluate and select supply chain strategic cooperation partners using AHP,for the purpose of doing some research based on the evaluation criteria system of strategic cooperation partner selection.Finally,guided with AHP theory,I did some demonstration research about six suppliers on the basis of my working experience.It proves that the method of supply chain strategic partner selection,which based on AHP is effective.And it can provide an operational evaluation method in supply chain strategic cooperation partner selection.
