That the external environment of social economy changes fast causes that the whole supply chain system is confronted with unpredictable internal and external environment and inside of the supply chain is also continuously updating, adjusting organization structure so as to adapt the change of uncertain external environment. It is one important component in supply chain management to choose the most suitable partner. Establishing and maintaining benign cooperative partnership enables the entrepreneurs to better integrate and cooperate with consumers, suppliers and distributors and realize operation in the whole supply chain such as product design, stock control and freightage. In the macroscopic view, the thesis introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of supply chain management, analyses the external environment and influencing factors of adaptable supply chain, discusses connotation and characteristics of adaptable supply chain, builds evaluation index system of adaptable supply chain, Adaptive Supply Chain comprehensive evaluation index system was calculated and analyzed from the actual case. The thesis mainly does research as follows:1. Do analysis and research for external environment and internal features related to evaluation and choosing in cooperative partnership of adaptable supply chain, make clear the main research direction of evaluation and choosing in current adaptable supply chain.2. According to features of adaptable supply chain, complete evaluation index system in choosing cooperative partner of adaptable supply chain, further extend rational evaluation index.3. Detailing the entire calculation steps with real cases by integrated AHP From the research of this thesis, in choosing cooperative partner of supply chain, the entrepreneurs can focus on the key point, develop and manage the most suitable cooperative partner from the most core development strategy to maintain rapid responsiveness and adaptability in the competition of supply chain in the future.
