Chatting Robot Based Research On Real Estate Shopping Geo-Portal

Geo-portals provide a platform for the publication and share of spatial information and GI Services. With the development and prevalence of the geographic information technology, more and more GI websites, especially the portals set in the background of industrial application, attract worldwide attentions. Integrated with plenty of spatial data and complex spatial analysis, Geo-portals organize and categorize the data in a specialized way to provide all-round and convenient information and services for users.With chatting robot as the platform and real-estate shopping as the background, this paper describes the real-estate shopping Geo-portal based on chatting robot and studies the data organization model based on user demands and the portal system of interactive interface of chatting robot in order to deal with the problems influencing Geo-portals usability, particularly the poor humanity interaction,high usage threshold and unilateral communication etc.(1) Based on users' requirement, the data organization model of applied cases, we organize the special data with the tags to lower the usage threshold, allowing users to concentrate on data study rather than data finding according to their demands.(2) Chatting robot technology expands the geo-portals into real-time communication tools, widening user groups and user capacities. Meanwhile, as a virtual human, chatting robot brings the humanity factor into users' experiences which used to be dull.(3) Chatting robot sets up a language template aimed at providing information services to portals. The information organization of this rule template is within the scope of content, which shields some interference information and allows users to obtain information in a more focused view, and which to a certain extent, provides a service similar as the use guidance.The Geo-portal of real-estate shopping based on chatting robot not only improves the traditional interactive mode, but also facilitates the usability of the Geo-portal with data organization according to user demands.
