Research On The Disparities Of Regional Financial Development In China

At the effect of the factors such as economy, society, region, culture and so on, there is significant disparity between the east and the west on financial development. The east is obviously better than the west in the most aspects ,such as the ability of utilizing foreign fund, direct finance ability, finance innovation ability.The previous research method of regional finance is comparing descriptive data between different regions. This method reflects the financial development disparities in different regions in some extent, but the analysis is too general to describe the spatial distribution of financial development clearly.This paper takes the empirical comparing analysis to the regional financial development disparities. First, it respectively establishes the regional competitiveness model of banking, security market, and insurance market. And according to the need, use different comparing method. Then, it compares the actuality of regional financial discrepancies from banking, insurance market, security market in all the provinces, and take the kind analysis to describe the spatial distribution of the regional financial development. Last, according to the development status, it proposes several advices to adjust the regional gap.According to the analysis, we can get the conclusion that generally speaking, the regional finance in the west is obviously less developed than the east. If the west finance can not speed up the development step, it will increase the finance gap between the east and the west. So the western finance organizations really need to transform the concept, develop feature financial production, construct talent troop. In the same time the western government needs to provide the proper support and encouragement in the aspect of the policy, constructs regional financial organizations to satisfy the need of regional economy. And the supervision department should construct a regional supervision index system and takes a more flexible supervision method according to the regional status in detail.
