Synthesize Evaluation Model And Software System Implementation Based On Risk Factors Transfer Theory

This paper, as a part of National Natural Science Foundation fundedproject, introduces the theoretical model that transmissions of risk factors insynthesize evaluation projects. Based on the theoretical risk of transmission thispaper also discusses the model of determining the membership of riskbasedindices, and introduces an improved gray correlation analysis to the problem ofsubjective determining the right in comprehensive evaluation.This paper has put the project on the software to realize comprehensiveevaluation model, including the design of the software and the implementationof the subsystems. The software has already got application in the actualproject, which have been proved to be scientific,reliable and operationalthrough the actual example.
