Non-equilibrium plasma generated by DBD at atmospheric pressure has been paid more attention for its wide application in many fields such as chemistry engineering, environmental engineering, etc. but the study on DBD is done behind time which restricts its development. It is necessary to strengthen the corresponding fundamental research.Following the prior special study of the national important basic research "The Basic Research of Plasma Synthesis of Liquid Fuel and Ammonia at Green Condition" we explored the DBD's mechanism of reactions and parameters' variation process further more. We found a new method to diagnose DBD and examined it in experiment. The main results of the study are shown as following:1. The mono-micro-steamer's current pulses can be sampled. We find that the current pulses' shape of the mono-micro-steamer would change when the outer conditions alter. It indicates the possibility that the high pressure but non-equilibrium plasma's output can be controlled by means of changing external parameters.2. We concluded some parameters as the streamer's characteristic numbers: the pulse shape's rising time, width, apparent quantity of electric charge, recurrence rate, mean current, apparent power and so on. They would change when some outer factor variated and the represent the system's station.3. Using this method we diagnosed the characteristic numbers in the experiment -strong ionization discharge methane generates oxy-hydrocarbon. The result reflects the working status in the system and proves the DBD micro-streamer diagnosing method is feasible and reliable in DBD diagnosis.
