| Timing problem has become one of the new and difficult points in the research of GIS. It's difficult to describe impersonality world by true and line because the tradition database of GIS is a instantaneous paint of space and attribute state , there is a lack of description with time changing .New data structure, namely space-time data structure, has to be studied in order to realize the three elements are described in the same time, thereby the Temporal Cadastral Information System of scientific and effective management of land is established .In this dissertation the author studies the following issues after analyzing the character of land subdivision and the content of cadastral information:(1) Based on systematical analysis of cadastral information, the concepts and the characteristics of TGIS, cadastral temporal information and the spatio-temporal topological relations are the overlap on the spatiality and the adjoin on the temporality are concluded .(2) After comprehensive comparison of the TGIS's spatio-temporal model, it is concluded that The Base State with Amendments Model is a suitable model for TCIS.(3) A kind of Spatio-Temporal parcel database based on the coalescent of The Base State with Amendments Model and facing object is designed, at the same time the history database,active database database are built for improving the system's efficiency.(4) A query system for father-son parcels under the guide of the father-son parcels spatio-temporal constraint conditions is designed, and brings forward a kind of thought of the data updating .(5) The part functions of temporal cadastre are realized in an experimental system with the study of the land alteration and temporal cadastral query.
