As one of the most common cardiovascular disease, atheromatosis has been attached importance to for many years, whose cause and development are always the heat study points of biomedicine engineering. Researchers believe that the hemodynamics factors are very important determinants of the local distribution of atherosclerosis and the development of vascular plaques. Therefore, only through investigating the meticulous local hemodynamics circumstance of the inner arteries, we can explain why the cardiovascular disease occurs and explore how to treat it in diagnosis. Primary contents are as follows:1. In order to research the distribution of stresses in elastic vascular wall, the experiment datum of vein at certain axial extension ratio were measured and fitted using the three parameter strain energy density function. Compared the distribution of circumferential stresses in autologous vein before graft(under the vein pressure)with that immediately after graft(under the arterial pressure), and explained the influence of arterial pressure and the residual stress to the circumferential stress in the vein.2. Based on the program and the fundamental of hemodynamics, it gave the numerical simulations and the flow visualization of pulsating blood flow in the bended aortic with a tapered angel. Then, the local distribution of atherosclerosis and the development of vascular plaques were researched.3. Considering two-dimensional arterial models can't solve the problem of asymmetrical stenosis in the artery, it combined experiment parameters and assumption of small taper, and investigated the blood flow in abdominal aorta with asymmetrical stenosis, symmetrical stenosis and no stenosis.4. Under the condition of reflection wave in three-dimensional bifurcate arteries, the blood-vessel interaction was studied. By establishing the mathematics model and solving equations, the analytic expressions of blood flow velocities and vascular displacements were obtained. After comparing the results considered reflection wave or not, it discussed the influence of reflection wave to vascular displacements and probability of forming atheroma. With numerical experiment verification time and again, the computing and analyse results in the paper showed well agreement with the correlative literatures,...
