With the rapid development of computing techonology and the leap of computing methods, computation has become the third method of science research. The large scale physical process, which is difficult to implement through repeated experiments or the price of experiments is too expensive, can be simulated by computation. But if combining experiments with the science computation, many science and engineering problems can be solved quickily.Biofluid mechanics is a cross science which integrates Fluid Mechanics with Biology and Medicine. It discusses some phenomena of life science according to classical mechanics and fluid mechanics, analyses the relation between function and structure of life-system quantificationally and then discusses the motion law on life. So numerical computation and numerical simulation have become important methods on the research of Biofluid mechanics. In this paper, the software ANSYS, based on the finite element method, is used to simulate blood flow in the system of artery. We mainly construct four geometry models: stenosis artery, bifurcate artery, S-artery and artery bypass graft, gain the result of numerical simulation and then make general postprocessor. It is a try of using computing science into life-study, and the numerical results are useful to prevent and treat artery diseases. This subject is cross and advanced.
