Feminist perspective in gender, demonstrates a critical spirit and mysterious theoretical system. Feminist scholars analyses in gender for the camera lens and various disciplines of history and the current status of theory and practice, and through critical and to build capacity in various fields and renewable for various disciplines instill new vitality.The feminine principle scholar conducts the criticalness research to the technical question. They concern the technology as a cultural how gender identity included in the main building, with special emphasis on female experience and female values. The article will explore and research technical philosophy of Donna Haraway. Cyborg theory is the core of technical philosophy of Haraway. The article will explore and research technical philosophy of Donna Haraway from three aspects: technical essence, technical value load and technical ideology function.Firstly, the author discussed of the relationship of science and technology, compared and analysis traditional scholars and Haraway's view of the technical nature and highlighted her the theoretical characteristics. Secondly, the author compared and analysis technical neutralism and technical axiology,opened out their localization and shortage and embodied Haraway's theory development. Thirdly, the author introduced and critical researched Haraway's Feminist political reconstruction. Cyborg is not only delivered the technology vision as well as her political ideals. She hoped reconstruct the feminine principle politics through the new technical strength. But her research has not been able to touch to the question root. Finally, We hope to be able to do a summary of Haraway's research characteristics overview and enrich our research horizons and give us more insight.
