Study On Pattern Of Landscape Dynamics Of Xingsha In ChangSha Town

In 1992, the Xingsha development zone broke ground in the Xingsha town and was put into construction. In 1993, the Hunan provincial party committee, the provincial government decided on the set-up of Xingsha development zone in Changsha as " the special area to invite outside investment in Hunan Province"; In March, 1994, authorized by the Hunan Province government, the development zone was officially changed the name for the Changsha economic development zone; In April, 1997, the national science committee authorized the establishment" the Xingsha industry hi-tech garden of new and hi-tech industry development zone of Changsha"; By February, 2000, the development zone completed the extremely important leap in the new beginning of the century. The State Council authorizes the Changsha economic development zone for the national level economic development zone. Simultaneously it also entered the row of satellite town ranking among the Changsha future development plan and already becoming a part of the urban area.Based on the union of land utilization, the landscape ecology and the city and countryside interlocks theories as well as belt foundation and taking the Xingsha town of Changsha County as an example, this paper especifically analyzed the Xingsha town landscape space pattern dynamic change as well as the ecology value dynamic change which caused by it. An AHP fuzzy model in the foundation was also conducted in the research for the Xingsha development potential and interval synthesis appraisal for different periods.Taking the period of 1992-2004 year as a case, this article utilized basic principle and the method of the landscape ecology, unified the moving characteristics and their influence of the local humanity, the selection mottling size, the mottling shape, the mottling quantity, the landscape superiority, target parameter of landscape multiplicity, landscape broken uniformity and its degree of dissociation, conducted the research to the Xingsha town landscape space pattern change. The findings indicate that the cities construction and the humanity activity are the main causes of the Xingsha town landscape space pattern change, because the economical development does not balance the strong and the weak degree as the cities construction extent and the humanity move are different, which cause different region landscape space pattern change to be bigger and finally forms the totally different landscape space pattern town within Xingsha boundary...
