Quantum remote sensing is a new field of remote sensing research, quantum remote sensing information mechanization research is the core content. Thus quantum information experiment in quantum remote sensing remote sensing plays an irreplaceable role. The electromagnetic radiation field is studied in the paper. This work includes the major contents just as follows:1 , The background and quantum remote sensing needs and the current status of the development of quantum information technology are studied. The needs of practical applications development is the most pressing needs of quantum remote sensing.2, It presented basic concepts of quantum remote sensing.
