| Background: Labororatory animal is the animal with artificial feeding in the certain conditions, having the particular biological characteristics and for scientific research. They are indispensable props of life science and have made great contributions and sacrifices for human health and development. Laboratory animal science is an important branch of the life science, including laboratory animal and animal experiment. The quantity of laboratory animal is a direct impact of whether the results of the animal experiment are exact and reliable. With the development of biological science, people think more and more highly of the safety and accuracy rating of the experimental study , evaluation and result of the test. In laboratory animal science fields, specific pathogen free animal is a most important ingredient. Specific pathogen free animal is without harmful biological factor. And it is standardized laboratory animal to all scientific research.615 mice are reared successfully by Blood Disease Institute of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in 1961.And it is admitted by International Mice Nommenklatur Kommission in 1985.There is no 615 mice of SPF.Objectives: To study the method of man-made to breed 615 mice of SPF.Methods: Under the sterile condition, using the technique of cesarean section to obtain the new born 615 mice. Rear the new born mice with BALB/c mice of SPF. And the hematological parameters such as RBC, WBC, PLT, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, MPV, WS, WM, WL, RDW, PDW were examined. The biochemical parameters of TP, ALB, CHO, TG, ALP, AST, LDH were detected.
