During the course of modern society development,people's living standard has been improved much.Tourism industry,being a means of relaxation and amusement,has made great progress,too.Travel activities are becoming people's fashion.At the meantime, information technology and network technology develop very quickly, so it can sever for the public and be applied into public life gradually.This article study the theory, technology and modle of founding TIS, combine specific city, and divise a TIS. This TIS can not only give service to tourist, but also provide information and technology support for tourism management and people who work for tourism.This article mainly make study for several sides below:Firstly, analyze objective conditions of tourism resources in Kaifeng city, confer data organization and manage pattern of tourism resources, under environment of TIS, divise a database of TIS in Kaifeng city, and input parts of data.Secondly, make demand analysis for tourist, tourism management and people who work on tourism, beside analyze use of TIS.Thirdly, under objective conditions, this article make more detailed research and confer of some important technology, and get a method of combining WebGIS technology, database technology, B/S structure and multimedia technology.At last ,realize a part of functions of TIS in Kaifeng city based on WebGIS, provide inquire and analysis functions for tourism and decision function for tourism manager.Found TIS based on combining many technology, can not only promote tourism and local economy development, but also expand application range for GIS and enrich data modle...
