The Transfection And Expression Of PGH Gene In Vivo Of Animals Study

This laboratory cloned the porcine growth hormone (pGH) gene Porcine growth hormone (pGH) gene was correctly inserted into an eukaryotic expression vector VR1020 and got the expression plasmid pGH. The recombinant plasmid was transformed into TOP10F', the positive clone was screened by Colony PCR and plasmid PCR and the recombinant plasmid was identified by BamHI and EcoRI digestion. Liposome was prepared by the method of the thin film, wraping VpGH with this kind of liposome. We preliminary study the characters of the new gene preparation of VpGH wrapped by liposome and explored the animals promoting growth transfected VpGH wrapped by liposome and expression of pGH gene in vivo of animals.
