The most fundamental process of biological phenomena is the electric charge movement. The electrochemical behavior of the biomolecule is the biological electrochemistry fundamental research system. Protein is a kind of the most important biomacromolecules in human body. The function of protein is very significant to a lot of biological phenomena. Since the response of the biomacromolecules such as protein is exceedingly feeble on the ordinary electrode, it has been difficult to carry on relevant electroanalysis research. However, with the appearance of the modified electrode, the electrochemistry research of protein is greatly promoted. The hemoglobin which transmits oxygen is the significant substance in the human body. In the process of the biological electrochemical analysis, the hemoglobin is one of the most important substances to research. The rapid development of modern science and technology provides enormous convenience for achieving information of research system, however, precise determination for the essence of research system demands the proper treatment of experimental data, so the selection, disposal and conformity of information become more and more important. In viewing of this, this thesis considers the electrochemical reduction system of Bovine Hemoglobin(Hb) on a glassy carbon electrode modified Lauric Acid as the aim of the investigation. This reduction system employs the techniques of the cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance. Furthermore, this thesis also focuses on the introduction of new scientific methods. The main work and basic conclusions are outlined as following:I. Through the analysis and the comment on the related materials among the references and works, the main idea and process are assured.II. By means of cyclic voltammetry ,this thesis studies the electrochemical reduction of Bovine Hemoglobin on the glassy carbon electrode modified Lauric Acid. This reduction proceeds in a constant ionic strength KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 buffersolution. By analyzing the CV information, the basic results are demonstrated:1. The electrochemical reduction of Bovine Hemoglobin, which happens on the glassy carbon electrode modified Laurie Acid, is an irreversible charge transfer system.2. This system involves the weak absorption of electroactive species.III. The AC impedance studies Bovine Hemoglobin electrochemical reduction and information analysis. In order to obtain some information, the experimental EIS data is treated with the help of EQU. Then, the information is analyzed and confirmed. The following conclusions can be drawn upon:1. The process of this reaction probably relates to three variable parameters, and they separately refer to the direct current polar potential, the absorption of the hemoglobin, and the statistic equal thickness of the Laurie Acid membrane.2. It is probably more objective to characterize electrochemical impedance spectroscopy by (Q[R(QR)(TL)]).3. The behavior of diffusion follows anomalous diffusion with reflecting boundary.4. It can be said that the critical concentration of Hb(C =1.0xlQ6molL1) and the threshold g/ influence the features of the system of EIS.5. The concentration of Hb, absorbed and dissolved species and the value of (d
