Zhujiang River Delta is one of the most developed areas of our country. Plentiful water and dense river are its superior natural conditions. But flood, water log, drought, salty, typhoon and storm-tide constitute enormous threat to the development of this area constantly. With the constant improvement of urbanization standard and the development of industry agriculture and of area of Zhujiang River Delta, in order to meet the desirability of economic and social sustainable development, it is very important to set up perfect hydrology monitoring system for the national economic construction, development and utilization of water resources, flood-control and drought relief, water environment protection, hydraulic project design and operate, urban hydrology change pattern, and so on.The thesis takes the network of Zhujiang River Delta as research object, carries on systematic overall planning of the hydrology monitoring network, takes the network optimizing and adjustment, and then designs the whole system.The paper is divided into six chapters altogether.
