The administrative area of FengJie County, the geology disaster are more than 600 which endanger the whole county more than 13000 families , more than 60000 peoples and 2,100,000 square meter houses. There are twenty collapses and two fall shore project in the geologic disaster prevention engineering of three gorges reservoir zone. It is mainly distributed in the new,old county and along the shore of Yangtze River. The environment geologic problem consist of two aspects: the first is to convert the unsteady composition in the geology environment into the geologic problem of mankind existence environment; the second is to convert the stable geology environment when the unreasonable artificial reformation is carried on into the environment geologic problem. Now on the landslide and peripheral area, a great deal of building has been built in three horse mountain district of Fengjie new city. Therefore, in the construction process, the bad influence resulted in mankind activity to the natural environment of landslide is obvious, mainly include following few aspects: (1) The house and highway construction have changed the natural stable condition of landslide , at the same time the building load enlarge slipping force, it is very disadvantageous to the stability of landslide; (2) If the large quantity artificial slag is processed properly in the erosive ditch of the landslide two sides, it will produce the new environment geologic problem; (3) Once the drainage condition of surface water and ground water is changed, the stable condition of landslide will be worsened; (4)The ecological environment is broken, then resulting in the soil erosion. In three horses mountain district, the landslides are more concentrated, according to the macro-geology analysis and stability calculations, under the action of the reservoir water, the main landslide——the monkey stone slide and old house slide will be unsteady after water-holding of three gorges reservoir. According to the above-mentioned circumstance, the control principles of landslide are following: (1)When the prevention engineering carries out, it is sure that the deformation and rupture of the building usage extent on the landslide is not happened under the comprehensive action of three gorges reservoir water-holding and the disadvantageous natural factors; (2)At the running period of three gorges reservoir, the large extensive shore slide endangering the safety of the related city building is not happened after the prevention engineering; (3)In order to improve the peripheral environment of the landslide, beautify the city ecological and living environment, the arrangement and construction of the prevention engineering must follow the city construction along the river, and consider possibly the combination of the slide prevention and the shore protection of adjacent districts; (4)The prevention engineering construction shouldn't affect the city traffic and the resident normal production and life; (such as noise pollution etc.) (5)It is possible for the shore stability of the landslide district to produce the disadvantageous influence, so the groundwater drainage is necessary; (6)The surface water drainage is very important to keep the landslide sable, we should use effectively natural erosive ditch and the city drainage system, and do surface water drainage well; (7)It is necessary that we should arrange the appropriate safety monitor equipments and learn the deformation and stability condition while the prevention engineering of landslide is constructing and the reservoir is running; (8)The construction of landslide prevention engineering can satisfy the water-holding of three gorges engineering; (9)Under the existing technique, we should attain the mature technique, the safety is sure, the following checks and maintains is convenient, and it is reasonable on the economy. This prevention engineering of landslide is divided into three parts: the drainage engineering of surface water, the engineering of anchorage and anti-sliding pile, and the engineering of shore slope protection.
