With the development of urban construction, the land area for urban construction isexpanding. It is becoming common problem to cut slope for land and to build construction inmixed backfill oil and ancient landslide.In traditional design,the general practice is that the slope design is done by thegeological survey and design unit,while pile foundation design for buildings is done byprofessional architectural design department. At present,both professional sectors are also ina relative independent state.When cutting slope to form high and steep slope or it can not getaway from ancient landslide. on one hand,owing to considering security problem,departmentof architectural design often designed foundation of buildings to pile foundation,whosepile-tip are often below a certain depth range. On the other hand,survey designers onlyconsider anti-sliding piles for landslide thrust without considering effects that pile foundationis against slope. But in practical working process of pile foundation,it also has a certainimpact against slip,which caused a great deal of waste in economic. Therefore,in design ofslope area,it is an important theoretical significance and practical value of the research topicto take into account anti-slide effect of pile foundation of buildings in practice landslideengineering.This article selects affordable housing project engineering in Xiaonangou of Yan,an asthe researched object,and does the following work.(1) Through geological survey and mapping for construction engineering area withslope,and on the basis of detailed analysis for collecting data of local engineering geological,it explains geological environment condition and basic characteristics of landslides in greaterdetail.(2) According to engineering geological exploration results for landslide,selectingsuitable physical mechanical indexes for sliding body and sliding surface,this paper evaluatedthe stability and to calculate fell force of each stick for the slope under natural state andrainstorm and upper load, while made use of Midas/GTS to simulate stability anddisplacement deformation features for slope under two working condition.(3) Based on present stable state of landslide,two schemes for governing landslide were presented. The first is traditional scheme using anti-slide piles. Integrated designing schemewith anti-slide piles is presented to govern landslide adopting traditional elastic foundationreaction method. Another is that the pile foundation of building is double as anti-sliding pile.This method is to improve the designing horizontal bearing capacity of piles by increasingdiameter of piles and reinforcement to achieve the purpose of governing landslide. In thecondition of maintaining the construction with original pile spacing and position,the pilediameter and reinforcement are redesigned.(4) Using finite element analysis software Midas/GTS, it does numerical simulation forstability of slope under two schemes.The results of numerical simulation show that aftertaking controlling measures,total displacement and maximum shear strain of landslides havedifferent degrees of diminution. Stability coefficient can achieve requirements of securityreserve. Through estimation for the construction cost of the two options,the scheme takingfoundation piles as anti-sliding piles in same time can save about33%,which is obvious ineconomic benefit.
