Since the 20th century, with the exploitation of groundwater increasing endlessly, many cities which exploited the groundwater in our country have appeared different degrees land subsidence, and lots of geological disasters caused by mining groundwater have happened, the development of the cities in economic have been restricted. At present, each area enhances the management of mining the groundwater continually and carries out the studies of reasonable mining actively.Above all, this paper systematically analyses the structure, the function, the boundary environment and the putting in/out characteristic of the research region. And then, sets up the 3-D model of the forth-friable constructional superincumbent bed water-content system, the model of hydrology-geographical concept and the numerical model of the quality of groundwater to initially recognize and validate these models.Through the studies of the numerical simulation of the quantity and the quality of the groundwater of the research region, I've had a further realization of the dynamic regulation and the quality movement trend of groundwater. Using the recognized and validated simulation model of groundwater forecast the groundwater resources. This article aimed to exploit and make full use of the culture water of the modern piscatorial garden in maximum, and studied out various schemes for the quantity of the ground water to be possible to mine and the migration development tendency, and then selected reliable years to forecast and assess the groundwater state on the condition of present exploit, the groundwater state on the condition of enlarging the exploitation of the piscatorial garden and of optimizing the distribution of the draft-well. Also assessing the potential exploitation of the brine resources of well from the aspects of quantity and quality, in order to instruct it reasonable in development and using, then realized the ultimate purpose of sustainable development of the piscatorial garden.
