Due to the situation that most citizens lack the scientific common sense, the primary education faces great challenging in china. The scientific education must take the responsibility to create students' scientific quality. This project focused on research, which based on the case study of science history as a carrier, from the scientific history's view. Hopefully, it will have positive effect on the creating of students' scientific quality.Through the preparing and designing of the project, also the survey about scientific history education, the author realized that the relationship between different factors of scientific education and made constructive suggestions on it.This project took the way of quality research. The paper is divided into six parts. First part is the introduction, which introduces the reason and background of this project. The second part is the review of related papers. It clarify the concepts and feasibility of this project. The third part is the interview with two high school teachers, which help us to get the value view of the scientific history education. The fourth and fifth parts are the key points of this paper: case study of the scientific history education. The fourth part records the procedure and theoretic background for the designing of the scientific history education. In other words, this part describes the design of the survey briefly. The fifth part is the live recording of the scientific history education. It also reports the results of the survey in detail. In the sixth part, the author gives the conclusion by summarize this whole paper. It also includes the suggestions on how to spread the scientific history education.
