Statistical Analysis Of The Papers On History Of Science Published By Chinese Authors Between 1981 And 2010

The history of science has been developing nearly one century in China. After reform and opening-up, the discipline presented a prosperous situation. especially in 1980s, with the founding of Chinese Society of Science and Technology History, the start publication of professional journals, and setting up of academic degrees, the institutionalization of historv of science in china has basically followed to the ground, and has made rapid progress, including:the research team is more professional, the research topics are more quantitative, the research results are richer. on the 30th anniversary of the founding of Chinese Society of Science and Technology History in the 2010, as most basic expression form of research results, Research papers on history of science are summarized, and to state that Chinese scholars made an outstanding contribution to the field.In this paper, based on the bibliometrics, the papers of history of science, published from 1981 to 2010 by Chinese authors and from the representative 11 periodicals, are counted and analyzed.
