The research on the model of environmental water quality in the range of dam location is base on the theory of hydro-geochemistry and interaction of water and rock. Utilization traditional theory of geological statistical and analytical set up a model combined with soft computing. Catching the series signal in the range of dam location which dynamic vary on time and space, Processing those data information and finally result the essential affect factor will help to sort the characteristic of groundwater in the area, find out the condition of water supply and drainage ,anti-leakage curtain validity , analyze and evaluate the dam operational status as well. This model will apply to select the location of xinan river.Utilization fuzzy clustering algorithms combined with common factor analysis and homologous analysis set up a vector space model. This model used to research underwater Chemical Constituent distributing in the space and variant disciplinarian, probe the evolutionary reason and provide technical data solving project problems. It is also investigate underwater quality, chemical source, interaction and variety of transfer.Based on ARIMA(Autoregressive Moving. Average)model, combined with theory of chaos and Neural network from soft computing method set up phase space radial Basis Functions model. Time serial modeling and forecast the consistence Ca2+ on the body of dam, therefore analysis dam protection time disintegration course by leakage effectUtilize traditional theory of geological statistical and analytical build a model combine with soft computing. Not only succeed to traditional model development and mature apply, but also melt soft computing method which consequence and learning under the uncertain and imprecise situation.
