Quality is the lifeline of postgraduate education and the basis of ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of postgraduate education,and teaching evaluation is one of the important means to improve the quality of teaching.Therefore,how to evaluate the teaching quality of graduate students scientifically and rationally has become a hot issue in academic research.In this paper,literature analysis method,expert investigation method,system analysis method,intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method and evaluation method based on hesitating fuzzy soft set are adopted to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the subject.The research object is the quality of postgraduate teaching.First of all,combined with the study of related literature at home and abroad,find out the deficiency of the existing graduate students in the process of teaching quality evaluation,the current teaching quality evaluation index has the characteristics of complexity and fuzziness,it involves many factors and variables,establish mathematical model is more complicated,the traditional teaching quality evaluation methods can not fully competent.Only when a more effective optimization algorithm is applied to a reasonable teaching quality evaluation system can accurate evaluation results be obtained.Furthermore,the research problem of this paper is to establish a scientific and reliable teaching quality evaluation model.Urgent need to build teaching quality evaluation system of graduate students and sorted out in this paper,the existing index system,clear thinking principles,design preliminary evaluation indicators,through to the experts,teachers and graduates for interview and questionnaire survey,get the design draft amendments,perfect after the graduate student teaching quality evaluation index system.Considering the fuzzy concept of evaluation index,the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is introduced to calculate the index weight value.This method can not only follow the basic rules of decision maker's evaluation thinking,improve the reliability of decision,but also overcome the subjective defects of decision maker to some extent.Then,in order to solve the hesitation of experts in the evaluation process,a new evaluation model of postgraduate teaching quality based on hesitation fuzzy soft set is proposed,which can effectively improve the accuracy of the evaluation process.Finally,the feasibility of the model is verified by taking Z university as an example.During the investigation,the advantages and disadvantages in the evaluation process of Z universities were found.Among them,the advantages were that the evaluation subjects were diversifiedand the results were comprehensive.The deficiency is that the evaluation result is more important than the evaluation process,the evaluation purpose is more important than the development and the evaluation method is simple.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,that is,to change the result evaluation into the process evaluation,to change the reward and punishment evaluation into the development evaluation,and to adjust the organizational mode of the evaluation.It is hoped that these Suggestions can improve the teaching quality of graduate students.
