Sarcophaga peregrina is a pest of health, with a small body, a great power in reproduction and strong adaption to environment. There is almost no difference of the inner reproductive system between S. peregrina and other insect (Diptera). It composed by testes, MAG and ejaculatory duct. MAG are long and thin blind tubules. There is symmetry on its left and right, its basal part connects to ejaculatory, top part has little dilated. During copulation, the substance of MAG is mixed with sperm from testis, and reached the ejaculatory duct, and transferred to the females body through the aedeagus, influenced the reproductive behavior of female.Like other insects, the tubular components of MAG consist of an inner lumen surrouded by an epithelial layer, bounded by a basement membrane. The whole structure surrounded by a muscular sheath. Secretory cell layer composed by some epithelial cell, the top of it contained abundant microvilli and cell junctions. The nucleus located on the middle part of cell, endoplasmic reticulum located on the basal aera, mitochondria arrange in outer field of the cell. There are some nerve fibres, tracheoles, and longitudinal and circular musucle fibres are present in the epithelial cell. The main development period of MAG is l-4d after emergence, while the mature period of MAG is 5-6d. S. peregrina can mate for several times. They can remate only Id after last mating, and the substance in MAG can give back in 24-48 h.The compponts of the secretions from MAG are complex. With SDS-PAGE and two-dimensional electrophoresis, we found 30 protein bands and 200 protein points, whose molecular weight mass exists between 12-70 kDa, pI exists between 4-7. The volume of proteins from MAG almost increased by 3 times from 0.013 ± 0.005 μg/pair to 0.022 ± 0.012 μg/pair within 0-4d after emergence, and then increased by one time within 4-6d. After that, the secretion activity was still increased, but fluctuated fluquently. From SDS-PAGE and the development of MAG, we can also see this pattern obviously. The secretions of male accessory gland in 6d adult contain a variety of bioactive molecules. Injection of gland extracts from mature males to virgin females' abdomen, we found that it may affect virtually many aspects of the female's reproductive activity. The...
