With the quick development of computer technology, the information technology centering on multimedia technology and network technology generally play importance and put in us on education field. Integrating Information Technology into the Curriculum has been a hotspot in present education research. Physics play an important role as a base academic subject of natural science, and college physics curriculum is a required course in the science and engineering universities. How to lead the information technology to college physics instruction to promote students' expertise learning efficiency and the capacity to acquire and apply the information technology, develops students' cooperation awareness and creativity is a problem deserving of study. This article bases on the Constructivism, and discusses Integrating Information Technology into the College Physics Curriculum from theory to practice by using several research methods such as literature analysis and experimental operation and so on.The article is divided into three parts altogether. The first part explains Information Technology and the definition, objectives, principals and levels of Integrating Information Technology into the Curriculum. The second part explains the theory basis of Integrating Information Technology into the Curriculum. The third part brief introduction the research actuality of Integrating Information Technology into the College Physics Curriculum, having the college physics instructional practice in mind, we bring forward three modes of Integrating Information Technology into the College Physics Curriculum, which is "Computer Assisted Instruction Mode in classroom" and "Autonomic Learning Mode basing on intercourse network" and "Project-Based E-Learning", then discuss the modes in...
