There are a lot of microorganisms in Chagannuoer Soda Lake in Inner Mongolia. This dissertation mainly focuses on the diversity of alkaliphilic bacteria of producing enzymes.During this process, We made phylogenetic analysis and producing-enzyme analysis of several strains. By selective medium , 72 strains of producing enzymes were isolated from the soda lake. We studied producing enzyme property (including amylase ,mannase ,xylanase , lipase ,protease)of several strains. Characterization of the crude enzymes of these strains showed they are enzymatic activity in alkaliphilic environment, part of them were enzymatic activity in high temperature environment. Their ARDRA (Amplified Ribosomal DNA Restriction Analysis) picture showed that these strains displayed great diversity. Base on it, we selected 33 strains for farther study. The phenotypic characteristics of these 33 strains showed their great diversity. DNA extraction followed by amplification of 16S rDNA genes and sequencing was performed . Phylogenetic analysis of 33 strains had revealed that their close relationship with the Halomonas, Alcanivorax ,Amphibacillus,Bacillus,Gamma. The relation of producing enzyme and phylogenetic analysis show that the strains of pruduing amylase belongs to every group; the strains of pruduing lipase and xylanase belongs to gamma group and Halomonas; the strains of pruduing protease belongs to gamma group and Bacillus .The isolated Gram-negative displayed great diversity in producing enzymes.
