In this paper, the morphology, palynology and anatomy of fifteen narcissus materials were investigated. And the results were applied to the classification of plants in Narcissus L..Through observation and measurement, the feature of morphology in fifteen narcissus materials was investigated. The results were as follows. The height of plant, number, color and size of leaf, way of flower growth, flower No./stalk, shape, length, size and color of petal and deputy coronal, way of stamen growth and size of stamen among different materials were different. According to the analytic result of morphology, fifteen narcissus materials were grouped into seven types. The flowers were single in type one, two and three and gathered to an umbrella-shaped feature in type four, five, six and seven. Type one included CII -5. The petal and deputy coronal were yellow. The deputy coronal was like a bugle and longer than the petal. Type two included CII-7,CII-10 and CII -12. The petal and deputy coronal were yellow. The deputy coronal was like a bugle and shorter than the petal. Type three included CII -8. The petal was approximately white. The deputy coronal was like a cup and almost a plate, tint-yellow and shorter than the petal. Type four included CII -19, C II -28, CII -49 and CII -54. The petal was white. The deputy coronal was yellow. Type five included CII -25 and CII -39. The petal and deputy coronal was white. The scent of flower was fragrant. Type six included CII -34. The petal and deputy coronal was yellow. Type seven included CII -35, CII -36 and CII-41. The petal and deputy coronal was white. The scent of flower was stink. The dissection structure of leaf and pedicel in fifteen narcissus materials was observed with paraffin section. The results were as follows. The tissue of plants in Narcissus L. having air antrum and dental antrum or not, their distribution, the arrangement mode and number of vascular bundles among different materials were different. Some narcissus had air antrum and dental antrum. There were 2-3 layers of vascular bundles in the leaf and pedicel tissue. According to the analytic results of palynology, fifteen narcissus materials were-grouped into five types. The leaf and pedicel of type-one, four and five had no air antrum and dental antrum. But type two and three had. Type one included CII -5, CII -7, C II-8, CII-10 and CII -12. There were 3 layers of vascular bundles in leaf and pedicel tissue. Type two included CII -19, CII -28, CII -49 and CII -54. The dental antrum was big. There were 2 layers of vascular bundles in leaf tissue and pedicel. The total number is 32.3-35.3 and 31.3-32.3, respectively. Type three included CII -25 and CII -39. The dental antrum was small. There were 2 layers of vascular bundles in leaf tissue and pedicel. The total number is 36.3-36.7 and 56.3-58.3, respectively. Type four included CII -34. Therewere 3 layers of vascular bundles in leaf tissue and 2 in pedicel tissue. The total number is 35.3 and 40.3, respectively. Type five included C II -35, CII -36 and CII -41. There were 3 layers of vascular bundles in leaf tissue and 2 in pedicel tissue. The total number is 22.7-23.7 and 39.3-40.3, respectively.Pollen morphology of fifteen narcissus materials observed by optical microscope and SEM. The results were as follows. The shape of pollen was ellipsoid or long ellipsoid, and the pollen exine usually had net structure. But the shape and size of pollen, length of P and E, width of net lines, size of net aperture, net porosity among different materials were different. According to the analytic results of anatomy, fifteen narcissus materials were grouped into six types. The pollens of type one and two were bigger than others and the length of P and E was 41.3-45.7 um and 25.3-29.5 Mm. Others was 31.0-35.6 um:fa 19.6-26.0 m m. Type one included CII-5. The pollen exine had no net structure and was smooth. Type two included CII -7 CII -8 CII -10 and CII -12. The pollen was big and the net porosity was low. Type three included CII -19, CII -28, CII -49 and CII...
