Along with the expansion of the applied field of GIS, The further request for capability of spatial analysis is put forward .The stressed focus of GIS development has been transferred to the advanced phase of simulation, analysis and forecast from the elementary phase of data-collecting, storage, management and searches. It is necessary that the integration of GIS and applied model is applied to GIS combined with other subjects, however, because of the respective independence of GIS and professional applied model, their compatibility turn into the key of integration technology, at the same time, the difficulty of the integration of GIS and applied model is also increased by the complexity of spatial data.In the above-mentioned backgrounds, aimed at a series of problems generated after reservoir sluice flood, such as the loss evaluation of reservoir flood, the management of reservoir cubage, the site-selected of arranged-immigrant areas, environmental capacity analysis of arranged-immigrant areas and homologous construction of basal facilities and so on, author has designed the corresponding applied model of spatial analysis to resolve them.The later disposal work of the reservoir sluice flood is complex, the forms of data and the methods of disposal related to this is also very special, according to principles of representing characters of diversified entities in the data form of GIS, simulating the analysis method of disposal of reservoir flood in the analysis method of disposal of spatial data of GIS and designing the applied modelof spatial analysis in experts' knowledges of the subsequent disposal work of the reservoir construction , the realistic world of the reservoir flood areas is converted to the digital world operated by computer, and CIS is compatible with the disposal of the reservoir flood to reach to be completely in harmony -thus, the disposal work of the reservoir flood is more effective. The major contributions of this research include:(1) aimed at a series of problems generated by The subsequent project of the reservoir building (viz. after the reservoir sluice flood), applying the technology of GIS spatial analysis, integrating experts' experience and knowledge,authorhasdesigned five applied models of spatial analysis to resolve above-mentioned problems and given out the design principles and implement methods of these models.(2) aimed at the difficult actuality of integration of GIS, the technology of GIS spatial analysis ., applied modelat present and reservoir based on the above-mentioned five applied models of spatial analysis,authorhasgroped for the ideas and the methods of technology of the mutual integration among them, have created and improved the arithmetics of spatial analysis applied models such"as creating the flood area, selecting the route of road, creating the curve graph of water level cubage , analyzing the site-selected of immigrant arrangement and analyzing the immigrant capacity of arranged-immigrant areas ' and so on, have highly analyzed the techno- details of their implements.(3) author has designed and mostly implemented the system prototype of "Long Tan Reservoir GIS decision support system" and illustrated and triumphantly tested the key technology, route and applied integration.
