Tuberculosis is an old infectious diseases which has a serious harm to people's life and health, and it has an influence on human for thousands years.Governments have taken some measures to deal with the situation. In this paper,on the basis of the infectious disease dynamics modeling ideas,we consider the effect of different factors on tuberculosis. Two tuberculosis transmission models are constructed and analyzed. The detailed work is listed as follows. In chapter 1,we introduce the research background of this article, and some important preliminaries. In chapter 2,we discuss the dynamic behavior of TB transmission model with non-monotonic incidence.By use of theory of ordinary differential equation, the sufficient conditions for the stability of the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium of the system are obtained. In chapter 3,the dynamic behavior of TB epidemic model with immigrant is considered.By use of the quantitative and stability theory of ordinary differential equation,The sufficient conditions for the stability of the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium in the immigrant subpopulation and the local subpopulation are obtained.
