Primary Study On Boron Efficiency Difference Between Two Arabidopsis Thaliana Genotypes

This paper studied the mechanism of boron efficiency cultivar of Arabidopsis thaliana, Two isolated hydroponics experiments: distribution and transformation, were conducted to study nutritious mechanism on Arabidopsis thaliana cultivar of higher boron efficiency based on relationship between boron supply in media and boron fraction distribution in plant. Meanwhile ,Ca,Mg distribution were also done to elucidate effect higher boron efficiency cultivars have under lower boron supply on Ca,Mg nutritious physiologic functions. Apart from above, morphologic and anatomic observation research also was done to further study two ecotypes microstructure under boron insufficiency.Findings indicate that higher boron efficiency cultivars rest in its higher translocation ,transformation capability and higher utilization efficiency, whereas lower boron efficiency cultivars doesn't have above mentioned advantageous nutrition characteristics.Under boron insufficiency, higher boron efficient cultivars can promote absorption of Ca and Mg,strenthen translocation and transformation capability for Ca and Mg, To the contrary, lower boron efficiency cultivars can prohibits the absorption of Ca and lower down translocation,transformation capability of Ca ,but there is no regulatory rules about Mg.Morphologic and anatomic observation have enough evidences to support above results, under lower boron supply, higher boron efficiency cultivars anatomic structure keep as normal as lower boron supply. While lower boron efficient cultivars microstructure changed substantially, the lower boron efficiency cultivar vascular tissue develops irregularly and its anther abnormally, which result in Arabidopsis thaliana stamen upgrowth badly, and prevent plant from pollinating.the main change symbolized in the following respects: disordered vascular tissue, retarted development of anther,cells of pollen sac dotted congestedly, pollen grains misshaped, All of these defects result in pollinating interruption . These are the essential reason for unfruitful flowering of Arabidopsis thaliana.
