Vegetation Study On Submerged Area Of Bajiao River, West Of Hubei Province

Phytosociological method was applied during vegetation investigation in the hydroelectric station in bajiao river, Hefeng province. By investigating ,counting and analying,22 releves were collected and piled to classify the vegetation type in the studied area.According to Braun-Blanquet system, a synthetic phytocoenon table was made out, containing five classes,eight orders,eight alliances and thirteen associations.The paper not only offered a different method that are seldom used in our country ,but simply described the physiognomy,structure and environment of the vegetation.Its conclusion can reflect diversified characteristic and special floristic of every syntaxa and plant texture in the submerged area.In the end,the author discussed the species presented only once in submerged area and its effect to the evaluation for ecological environment,trying to propose a new standadar for it just derived from the other angle.
