Vegetation resources as one of the most important natural source of human,is not only an important material base of human,also affect the health of the terrestrial ecosystem,is an area of land ecological environment condition evaluation of important indicators.Articles 2000 and 2015 in hubei province MODIS NDVI image data and meteorological data(temperature and precipitation),under the background of global change,by mixing pixels,dichotomy,trend analysis,the standard deviation analysis,Hurst index analysis and correlation analysis method,analyzes the hubei province nearly 16 years different space and different time spatial and temporal variation characteristics of vegetation coverage and main climate factors(temperature and precipitation)of temporal variation characteristics and the response of the relationship between them,mainly the following conclusions:(1)in general,the vegetation coverage in hubei province is very good,the vegetation quality is good,and the total area of the middle and high vegetation coverage is over 80%of the total area of the province;In the distribution law,there is a significant difference of zonality,which is lower than the western region in the middle eastern region and lower in the lower elevation area.Look from the sequential nearly 16 years,the average vegetation coverage,Hubei province in 0.72-0.77,average vegetation coverage in recent 16 years in the study area is 0.74,nearly 16 years of vegetation coverage is in stable condition.(2)from the point of view of space-time evolution trend of vegetation cover,in general,the vegetation in hubei province is in stable condition,also slightly improve and degradation,improve the degradation of over 1.067%more,covers an area of 1978.55 Km2,improve areas are mainly distributed in the northwest of hubei province higher qinba mountains and huaiyang mountains area,changing trend of degraded areas are mainly distributed in wuhan city circle and regional municipal district in the domain.Look from the changing trend of sustainability,the Hurst index of hubei province in the range of 0?0.98,the mean value of 0.61,showed that vegetation coverage changes within the territory of sustainability has obvious spatial heterogeneity,persistent(82%)>the persistent sequences(18%),and overall performance for sustainability,inform future during the vegetation coverage of hubei overall performance for the continuous and stable situation;However,in the area of wuhan urban circle with strong anti-continuity sequence,the future needs to pay attention to protection and management.After all,the expansion of urban construction land also needs to pay attention to the sustainable development of ecological environment.The fluctuation of vegetation varies greatly,and the standard deviation is between 0?0.3371,and the human production and living activities affect the fluctuation of vegetation.(3)the annual average temperature of nearly 16 years in hubei value range in 11.03 ? to 11.03 ?,the difference is 7.654 ?,annual average temperature is from the southeast to the west in the spatial distribution of the decreasing trend,in high temperature area near the wuhan city circle,shennongjia forest region in the west of the low temperature area to area;Scope of an average annual rainfall between 875 mm to 1546 mm,the difference is 671 mm,annual average precipitation in space distribution for decreasing trend,in the southern to the northern distribution is u-shaped,annual average rainfall of more than the southern area to the east and south west region,the minimum annual average rainfall area in northwest area,the provincial water hot combination between conditions vary widely among regions.In terms of the slope of the spatial variation of temperature and precipitation,the average annual temperature in Hubei is rising and falling.There is also a decrease in the spatial variation trend of annual precipitation in China.(4)the temperature and precipitation for effect of vegetation cover condition in hubei province,on the spatial autocorrelation,annual performance for vegetation cover condition on the spatial correlation is mainly affected by hydrothermal conditions,significant correlation;In terms of spatial correlation,the correlation between vegetation coverage and hydrothermal meteorological elements was positively correlated.Look from the time correlation,temperature of vegetation on interannual correlation significantly,affecting the growth of vegetation change,had no significant correlation between the precipitation and vegetation,the vegetation growth effect is not obvious;During the season,only winter has a significant correlation with vegetation,and the precipitation in spring is significantly correlated with vegetation,while the other performance is poor.The correlation between vegetation on land use type and meteorology is not satisfactory.
